Unauthorized parties will result in a $1,000 fine. Check-in is at 2 PM, and checkout is at 10 AM, with flexible options available for a fee. The property is equipped with smart lock access for self check-in.
The apartment is remote work-friendly with high-speed 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, ensuring a seamless work-from-home experience. A laptop computer is not included.
