Sound may travel between Arbor 5 and 7 due to their upstairs/downstairs layout, so guests are encouraged to be mindful of footsteps and volume, particularly during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. No smoking indoors is allowed, with a $600 fine and cancellation for violations. No parties or unauthorized events are permitted, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Check-in is flexible with smart lock access, and guests must verify their ID before check-in. Trash pickup is every Tuesday, and excessive mess will result in a $500 cleaning fee. Maintenance issues should be reported immediately for quick assistance.
The apartments offer a remote work-friendly environment with 1 Gbps Wi-Fi, making it ideal for remote work or streaming. A laptop computer is not included.
Access to a community gym is available through a partnership with Emancipation Park, located a short drive away. Guest passes are provided upon request.
