Noise may carry between floors, especially in upstairs/downstairs unit pairings, so guests are encouraged to be mindful of footsteps and volume, particularly during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Indoor smoking is prohibited and will result in a $600 fine and cancellation. No parties or events are allowed, with a $1,000 fine for violations. Accurate guest count and government-issued ID verification are required pre-check-in. Check-in is flexible with smart lock entry, and guests are advised to report any issues promptly. Trash pickup is every Tuesday using designated black outdoor bins, and excessive mess will incur a $500 cleaning fee. A laptop computer is not included.
