This villa features an open living room, dining alcove, nice appliances in the kitchen, a loft, 2 wood-burning fireplaces, a CD stereo, a charcoal grill, an outside shower, wireless internet, and an Alexa device to control electronics. A Keurig and traditional coffee maker are available.
Every guest has the opportunity to rent beach chairs, beach umbrellas, bicycles, and kayaks. Grocery delivery and in-home chef services can also be arranged, as well as a qualified babysitter. A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, which gives you access to the 2 community pools at the Beach Club and dining. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees.
Located in the private, gated oceanfront community of DeBordieu Colony near Pawleys Island, South Carolina, this villa is an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach. Enjoy miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. Activities include beach access, swimming, boating, on and off-shore fishing, championship golf, Har Tru clay tennis courts, Top Golf, surf fishing, paddle boarding, museums, plantation tours, wildlife reserves, sculpture and botanical gardens, shopping, historic tours, and culinary adventures.
The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. [SI]
