Complimentary toiletries are provided in the two bathrooms.
Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Private off-street parking is available for two vehicles. If parking for additional cars is needed, street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee: 1-hour early check-in at 3 pm for $25, 2-hour early check-in at 2 pm for $50, 1-hour late check-out at 11 am for $25, and 2-hour late check-out at 12 pm for $50.
The location could honestly not be more perfect! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character and amazing food. It's less than a minute walk to Short North District, an 8-minute walk to the Greater Columbus Convention Center, and less than a mile to the Downtown Columbus area and Ohio State University campus. It's also a 10-minute walk to Nationwide Arena Stadium, less than a mile to Kroger Food Market, an 8-minute drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital, a 10-minute drive/Uber to CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, and a 15-minute drive to Easton Town Center Shopping Mall. There is easy access to all major highways (I-71, I-670, I-315) and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time, and quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. (noise-detecting technology may be used in the suite to monitor excessive noise levels). No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed (exterior video surveillance located outside may be used to monitor activity). No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property (smoking is allowed outside the home only) - vaping/medical marijuana is not allowed in the home. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, in addition to a $300 cleaning fee. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. A $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, in addition to a $300 cleaning fee for excessive extra guests. Tampering with exterior surveillance (external camera), noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. The original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children. Guests take full responsibility for all damages, injuries, or losses that occur on the premises. Guests must report any property damage.
