The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and the hot tub is available upon request. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Units 6 and 7 each have one covered parking spot, while all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy in shared spaces, and return furniture and equipment to their original placement. A $50 replacement fee applies for unreturned keys. This rural property may have limited services compared to urban settings, and wildlife encounters are common.
