Before starting any fires, verify that there is no burn ban in effect in Burnet County, as igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. There are cameras throughout the complex, and there will be fines if you tamper with them. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and fees may apply. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. As this is a rural property out in the Texas Hill Country, it's common to encounter wildlife such as birds, reptiles, deer, and other local fauna.
