The primary suite is designed to capture direct ocean views from the private second story loft-style room with a large bathroom with steam shower, vessel tub, private water closet with bidet, dual sinks, a large custom walk-in closet with custom built-in cabinets and shelving. The lower level features the a large private jacuzzi with an imported tile surround, a lounge area with an imported French hammered tin ceiling and French antique door wainscoting. This double lot has a vast outdoor living space with the expansive multi-level decks and courtyard, which allow a true indoor-outdoor experience from each living area, especially when the frameless folding Cover Glass doors slide open. The courtyard by the front of the home is a welcoming entry home with a custom crystal water feature, custom horizontal light wall and landscaping.
