Here on the eastern side of Moiliili, there is a rough triangle formed by King St, University Ave and Kapiolani Blvd. 3 streets significant for where they can get you and also for what's on them. For now, if we look in the center of this triangle you will find Parkland Gardens.

There the 15 floor tower stands, with 96 residences, 719 sq ft inside each of them that contains 2BR/1BA. Every one of the condos has a lanai also, with 71 sq ft more out in the Hawaii tropical air.

The Koolau Mountains emerald peaks, the lights of Honolulu that shine every evening and an enviable angle that can give you almost every inch of world-famous Diamond Head are views Parkland Gardens residents savor from home.
