The garage measures about 20'X20' ft with an extra nook for the included washer and dryer along with a utility sink for crafts or home projects. There was a leak from the refrigerator that damaged some of the laminate planks. Kitchen cabinets are original and could be replaced. With some cosmetic improvements and a few vanities changed out, this place could make a great home! Call for more info.
