Most villas have an attached utility room for the washer, dryer, & water heater plus that room offers the handyman or hobbyist a place to keep supplies. Villas without the attached utility room have an inside utility room, although it is not quite as large. The community has boat docks available on a first come, first serve basis. The cost is only $100 per month paid on an annual basis. Whether you own a boat or not, you may fish off the docks in the marina or the satellite docks throughout the community. Common Ground. The community also welcomes 2 pets; they must be no taller than 15" at the shoulder. Strathmore Riverside Villas is one of the most socially active communities in the area. Community life is centered around the Clubhouse, which has a huge party-game-meeting room that is equipped with dining tables, card tables, audiovisual equipment as well as its own complete kitchen. Poolside parties are easily accommodated on the large terrace pool deck. The pool is heated to 86*. They have Shuffleboard Courts, an annual Shuffleboard tournament with an awards luncheon that folllows. (Lots of fun & sometimes silly prizes & categories) They have card and/or board games 6 nights a week, it is up to you to make it 7 nights. Many months they have 3 or 4 parties some with DJ's some without; some with food some without; but whatever they're doing they are having fun.
