A temporary club membership can be arranged for $200 a day, giving you access to the Beach Club's two community pools and Beach Club oceanfront dining. These costs do not cover individual amenity fees. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2 and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. Available services include beach chair, beach umbrella, bicycle, and kayak rentals. Grocery delivery and in-home chef services can be arranged, and a qualified babysitter can be set up for you.

This home is equipped with three exterior security cameras for safety and security purposes. No smoking and no pets are allowed on the premises. Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. The maximum number of cars allowed is 2, and 1 golf cart. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour, and no street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Restricted vehicles include RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts. Summer check-in day is Saturday.
