What was a manufactured home that has been built around to give you the feel of a one floor ranch style home. Open porch on the outside of the home that could be for sitting or place for the grill. Walk into the front entrance into a enclosed porch that will allow for another inside sitting area or a place to remove shoes and boots. Inside you will find a large living room with a fireplace (will need to be sure you check that it is in working condition). Small kitchen / dining room off of the kitchen. Two bedrooms to the back of the property. There is a bathroom between the kitchen and bedroom but it is not in working condition. Off of the back of the home is an enclosed porch for wood and storage. Several out buildings that include a garage, wood sheds, storage sheds, or what you may want them to be. Land has some cleared trees with a yard that will need to be mowed. Most of the trees on the property are either birch or pine.
