If you are using a GPS DO NOT USE WAZE. Use Google maps. WAZE will not take you to the right location. If you type in 277 Forest Service Road or 187 Star Mountain Rd it will get you to the right location. From SR-39 Drive until you hit Star Mountain Rd. There is no street sign at Star Mountain Rd. There is an old garage surrounded by a fence that appears to be no longer used. Turn up the dirt road. Follow the dirt road until it forks. Stay left at the sighn that says 185-285 Star Mountain Rd. Go past the sign that says elevation 4501 ft. About another 100-200 yards you will see the cabin on the left. There should be some signs that point the right direction. Call if you have questions.
