WOW! Have you ever?! I am a home located in the Falcon Falls addition ready to sell. My owner built me and then decided to remodel my interior & was unable to finish. He was able to do quite a bit such as knock down most of the popcorn on ceilings and remove most of the flooring to the sub floor. So, you are getting a great home built in 2007 that has all the updates such as granite counter tops, cabinets, ceiling fans, ect available in the home just not completely finished out. Should you like the materials my owner chose, the finishing updates are negotiable since it was either custom cut or ordered for the home.
