This spacious and comfortably furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, convenience, and a prime location in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Inside, you'll find an open-concept layout featuring a cozy living area, a dining space with seating for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The glass-top dining table and tasteful decor add a stylish touch throughout. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a twin with private access to the balcony overlooking the pool deck. The second bedroom includes two twins, perfect for family or friends. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening breeze on the large wraparound balcony in the front, or unwind on the private balcony off the bedrooms, just steps from the pool.
We provide linens for all beds as well as bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps, and 2 laundry pods and 2 dish pods, all included with the cleaning fee. You will want to bring pool and beach towels for your stay, and we recommend renting our super light and durable backpack-style beach chairs to make your stay even more enjoyable, available through a link after your booking.
Located directly across the street from the public beach access at 29th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, you'll be close to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer both on the water and land. There is a Starbucks and Ben and Jerry's across the street, the renowned Sea Captain's House with an oceanfront bar is a 3-block walk away, and you will be less than 1 mile from Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, and Top Golf. A car is recommended, but you can also walk to several places, making it easy to leave your car in the lot for most of your stay. There is also a bike lane on both sides of the street for cyclists, and Uber is available in the area, though it can be limited at times.
The property is non-smoking and pets are not permitted. By state law, occupancy may not exceed 6, including infants and children. Quiet hours are between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM.
