Please do not hang towels or bathing suits on balconies, and note that portable grills are not permitted on balconies or patios. All garbage should be securely bagged and deposited in the dumpsters located on 29th Ave. N. Parking passes must be displayed, and no boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed in the parking lots.
