Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am to ensure a peaceful stay. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of noise rules, and a $250 fee for smoking inside the unit. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 am, with unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts subject to a $100 per hour fee.
