Pets are welcome with prior approval, subject to a 35-pound weight limit and breed restrictions, with a fee of $50 per night. Any damages caused by pets will be billed at the end of the stay.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited within the unit and building, with a $500 fine per occurrence. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
