There is a little hallway from the front door which leads to a half bathroom going to an extra living space, laundry area, and a large sunroom. On the left from the main entrance, you will find a bedroom with a desk near the door. The staircase is located just in front of the main entrance which leads to the other 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This home is in a residential area, conveniently located with easy access to major highways, interstates, restaurants, and more! It's only a few minutes away from Baptist Medical Center South. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
The home is located in a residential area, so please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, the reservation may be canceled, requiring immediate departure without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay will be your responsibility.
