Guests can enter the house through a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will be greeted by a modernly designed living room with a decorative fireplace on the right. Off the living room is a dining room adjoining the kitchen. There is a little hallway from the front door which leads to a half bathroom going to an extra living space, laundry area, and a large sunroom. On the left from the main entrance, you will find a bedroom with a desk near the door. The staircase is located just in front of the main entrance which leads to the other 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
This home is in a residential area and is conveniently located with easy access to major highways, interstates, restaurants, and more. It is only a few minutes away from Baptist Medical Center South.
This home is located in a residential area. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
