When the owners first saw this home they fell in love with it. They loved how when you walk in the front door, you see the wonderful view of the trees and greenery through the huge windows. The living room is spacious with a beautiful gas fireplace that is so cozy in the winter.
They loved the big kitchen with all the cupboards island, desk, large pantry, and big windows with views. From there the large deck off the kitchen is so nice to have coffee, breakfast, lunch or dinner on. The backyard really drew them with all the shrubs and trees and wildlife to enjoy in the 25 acre greenbelt behind the house. The formal Dining room has been another great space to enjoy and entertain with views through the big windows out the front and back yards. The large owner suite was plenty big for their King bed and it also has a lovely balcony for morning coffee to start the day or in the evening to read a good book. The on suite bathroom is very open and spacious with plenty of closet space, counter space, his and hers sinks, and even a separate vanity. They loved the size of the stand up shower and the jetted tub to relax in with a glass of wine. It made a wonderful retreat.

The layout of the home is so nice when families and friends come to visit.
On the lower level, there are two large bedrooms with a family room and full bathroom so they have some privacy to enjoy. Then they have their own private walk out covered patio to enjoy the backyard with all the trees, shrubs, and flowers. They had a lot of concrete work done which has made it so much easier to maintain and enjoy.

The heated salt water pool they had installed 2 years ago is beautiful and really makes a relaxing and entertaining place to gather. The water feature next to the pool was installed by the owners and it is amazing!

The owners spend a lot of evenings on the patio listening to the birds, watching for deer, turkeys, opossums and raccoons who might wander by. It is so peaceful and quiet here and they have really enjoyed our home and have made great memories.

The Solar system they had installed is one of their best investments into the home. They have a small payment monthly and it generates enough power to run the entire home.
