Then, throw in a massive two-car garage/man cave, with attic stairs and a plywood floor for storage above and now you have an oasis. All this, and a 1/2 a mile from the water. The irrigation is run by private well in the rear. A new pump was installed 12/3/2020 and runs twice a week as set. The roof is a new asphalt shingle roof installed in 12/23. The HVAC system is new in 11/19/17 however it comes with an extended transferable PARTS and LABOR warranty expiring in 12/29. New Pella vinyl low E insulated windows were installed in 2017 on all sides except the front, which are all original to the seller. It's a gem.
