This is a 6 month lease. 1st, last, security deposit. Security deposit will be used to hold the unit and 1st and last are due upon move in. Upon move out, cleaning must be done by professional company, receipt must be given to owner and cleaning approved by owner.
Owner pays for: water, gas, sewer, trash, grounds maintenance, snow removal and HOA fees. The place is heated by a gas boiler which is provided by the HOA.
Renter pays for: electricity
Renter is expected to keep the unit clean and neat and be considerate of others that share the quiet enjoyment of the Camel Back Condos.
