Smoking is prohibited on this property, including balconies and around the building. If any signs of smoking are found, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a charge of $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25 per hour, but must be requested 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $500 late check-out fee will apply.
