The back porch offers a great spot to have a morning coffee or a bite to eat. The living room has a new wall unit air conditioner and a granite breakfast bar ideal for quick snacks. The kitchen is updated with lovely new cabinets and granite counter tops. There is a first floor bedroom and a remodeled full bathroom with stall shower plus a handy outside shower. The electrical is all updated and there is baseboard in the living room area; there's a hot water on demand system and a new roof was just installed this summer. Most of the furnishings will remain. Saybrook Manor Cove is a voluntary association that exists for the care and maintenance of the beach and sandy path that leads to it. They also plan social events in the summer months.
