This is a great homesite on a straight shot street to the dedicated beach in Laguna Beach. It is in the 3rd block and the address should be 307 Romanza (though it is not addressed at this time). See the survey attached. This includes the lot that is on Romanza, not the home that is shown on the survey that sits on El Prado (it is sold). Just got a quote from a local plumber that to connect to sewer on Hwy 98 would be approx. $5,500. For these little lots in Laguna Beach, connecting to sewer is the only way to go.
