The home has main floor laundry (no basement) and is in great shape! I am very picky about credit and require a 625 or better credit score and if you have pets - an even higher credit score is required. Pets cost $250 more security deposit per pet (two max) and an increase in monthly rent of $50 pet rent (per pet). This is a great home for some one who is looking for an inexpensive single family house and it comes to you in very good condition. NOTE - The pics are more than a year old because I am too lazy to take new pics.
I have the interior in great shape, but my lawn guy will be clearing the fence line and cleaning the flower beds the week of Oct 14-18. Broker/Owner
