You'll be 15 minutes from the New Orleans Museum of Art, City Park, and Louisiana Children’s Museum. Walk to nearby coffee shops, jazz clubs, theaters, museums, and award-winning restaurants. The condo is close to Jazz Fest venues, the Endymion parade route, and Mardi Gras events.
Video surveillance may be used in public and common areas for safety. Daily housekeeping is available upon request for an extra fee. Early check-in and late check-out may be available, and upgrade options will be notified if eligible. Respect the maximum guest occupancy as unauthorized visitors may incur fees. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am, with a $200 fine for violators. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with a $500 fine for violators. Pets are not allowed, and violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
