Welcome to a spacious apartment that offers comfort and convenience. This delightful unit features two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the inviting living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed. Gather around the dining table and chairs in the living room's dining area, allowing you to enjoy meals together comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room and includes appliances such as a toaster, microwave, oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, stove, and toaster oven. Clean linens and towels will be provided for your comfort. Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom offering a full-sized bed. Each bedroom is equipped with a closet, heating/air conditioning unit, and windows that allow natural light to fill the space. For your entertainment, a flat LCD TV offers a variety of channels through Roku streaming TV.
Utilities such as electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and streaming Roku TV are not included in the monthly rent and will cost $330 per month, with a rate of $360 per month from June 1st to October 1st. A late check-in fee of $50 will be charged for arrivals after 10 PM, and a fee of $100 for arrivals after midnight. All pets must be approved in advance, with a pet fee ranging from $200 to $300. Additional cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee.

Check-in requires coordination of your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance, with a valid government-issued photo ID presented at check-in. A late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 10 PM and midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are requested to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash. The apartment is a no-smoking, no-pets, and no-parties property. Furniture and decoration may vary from online photos due to periodic updates. Access to the mailbox is not guaranteed, but package reception is available.
If you require early check-in, late check-out, or have any special requests (e.g. additional guests, luggage storage), please submit them in writing in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee if approved.

As part of our standard guest verification process, the partner will request that you complete a short application and authorize a background check a few weeks prior to arrival. Instructions will be provided closer to your check-in date. Please note: A $75 application fee may apply.
