Beautifully done wood floors throughout almost the entire home, walk in closets, updated fixtures throughout, flawless tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms, the appliances stay with the home, a quiet sitting area at the top of the stairs leading to the beautifully done bedrooms, an attic fan to bring in the cool fresh air, and a brand new hot water tank. Then to the outside of the home... relax in the shade next to your fountain on the back patio. Next to the house is a 2 car garage (currently a man-cave) with an oversized carport extending down most of the driveway. Then beyond the garage is another workshop with an overhead garage door as well. The fencing all belongs with the property, and was just installed in 2017. The siding on the garage and shop was just replaced in 2017, and were both painted along with the house. Each level of the house has its own air conditioner and furnace. However...the HVAC systems are in need of replacing. We have figured this in to the price of the home.
