Free parking is available to all guests in the two-car garage. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pet arrangements should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. There is a full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured, there are no cameras in any inside private areas. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
