Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), with host approval required prior to booking. Private off-street parking is available for one vehicle, and street permit parking is available for additional vehicles for $10 per vehicle for your entire stay.
The apartment is steps away from the Short North District and within walking distance of the Greater Columbus Convention Center and Nationwide Arena Stadium. The downtown Columbus area, Ohio State University campus, and Kroger Food Market are less than a mile away. Enjoy the unique character and amazing food of the many restaurants and bars on North High Street.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count, and a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission from the host. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-out will result in an additional charge of $100.
