About Edson - Military Housing
Serving E1 to E5, O01-O06, and also accepting applications for military retirees, veterans, and DOD employees, the Edson Community is located on base, just a mile from the front gate of Camp Pendleton and Interstate 5, and a few miles from the famed Del Mar Beach and Oceanside Pier. The Edson Community includes townhome-style, two, three, or four bedroom homes.
Edson comprises two communities: including its classic Edson neighborhood and now the newly built Seaside Village. The homes are equipped with attached automatic garages, gourmet kitchens, and spacious dining rooms.
