Huge beautiful corner fenced lot.
This 4 bedroom, 3 baths, 2144 SF home has some many updates it is hard to remember them all. We removed all the carpets in the 4 bedroom and installed beautiful high quality German engineered laminate flooring. Last year we replaced this large roof added new sofit and facia then also added new fencing. The entire outside of the home was painted in early December after we completely painted all ceilings, walls, doors, closets and base boards, then added all new locks on entry doors.
In late 2022 the pool plumbing was re-placed. We replaced the pool timer, replaced the PVC piping and rewired pump. We painted the pool decking, also the wood decking around the pool.
