The lot has approximately 80' x 80' of buildable area, which is 6,400 sqft, taking into account the setbacks. Take a look at the "elevation" in docs, which is a survey showing the setbacks. Also, some house plans are available About home size, the Declaration for Ono Harbour provides that homes may be a maximum of two and a half stories. The roof can’t be more than 35' above the first floor and the first floor must be 14' or more in elevation above sea level. The can’t be habitable space below the first level, only a garage For this lot 30, a one story home must have at least 2,400 sqft with at least 1,800' of that being enclosed livable area. For a 2 story home, there is a 2,800' under roof and 2,400' enclosed area minimum. There are also requirements for 1.5 and 2.5 floor homes. Only "social piers" are allowed on the big water.
