Also there is a separate laundry room leading into the two car garage. On the upper level are the additional three bedrooms complete with two full baths. Both of these baths have separate tubs and showers. This unit was probably the model for this floorplan as there are NO carpets in the entire home. All of the flooring on the upper level are "wood" in the actual bedrooms and tile in the baths. On the lower level there are tiles in the kitchen and dining area with wood flooring on the stairs, hallway and lower bedroom. The grounds are in good condition and the owner will provide a gardener for both the front and rear yards.
