For light sleepers, tower fans and white noise machines are provided in every room, along with a hair dryer and handheld steamer. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a cozy living room with a smart TV, and a half bathroom. The second floor features 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The third floor features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 queen-size beds.
Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night. Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for an additional fee.
The location is perfect for enjoying Short North, with many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. It's a short walk to the Short North District and less than a mile from Ohio State University campus and Kroger Food Market. The Greater Columbus Convention Center and the downtown Columbus area are a short drive away. It also provides easy access to all major highways and COTA lines for getting around the city.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the centrally located downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances or any illegal activity are allowed on the property. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over unless under the reservation guest count. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100.
