At this time I prefer a small family with no pets please. This is because the backyard is small and to respect the neighbors who don't have pets and like the quite cul-de-sac. Renter pays for all utilities (gas, trash, water, electricity) the HOA provides gardeners but they only maintain the common areas around the house.
