With two large bedrooms separated by a hall and bath on either side of a great room, this traditional South Carolina style beach house has been the center of one upstate family's summer vacations for over 30 years. All repairs and maintenance have been top of the line - a new Trane A/C in 2010, new roof in 2012, and a new sea wall in October, 2011, with 50 year materials. Dock pilings and joists were replaced when the sea wall was redone. A new air handler was installed this year. The high ceiling in the great room makes the house seem even larger than it is. Take a short walk to the beach, or crab and fish from the dock in the backyard. There's always something to do in this neighborhood. 45th Ave N is one of the best streets in Cherry Grove. Don't let this one get by.
