Maybe not easily accessible for someone with physical limitations, however, this is up to your judgement. Rent and security deposit are paid electronically through Turbo Tenant, with options that do not add a service fee. Applications, background check, lease signing, and tenant letters are also done through the user friendly Turbo Tenant portal.
