My current owners have loved me for the last 42 years! They've done wonderful things to me like adding insulation to keep me warm, a security system to keep me safe, carpets to protect my hardwood floors, a water softner system to protect my water lines, dual paned windows to keep in the warm and a solar system to reduce my electric bill and yes, they bought it, not leased!
