My current owners have loved me for the last 42 years! They've done wonderful things to me like adding insulation to keep me warm, a security system to keep me safe, carpets to protect my hardwood floors, a water softner system to protect my water lines, dual paned windows to keep in the warm and a solar system to reduce my electric bill and yes, they bought it, not leased! They needed more room so they hired an architect and had a 400 square foot addition added with all the required permits. It is bright and airy and has skylights and an exterior exit to the breezeway that was created with the addition. The breezeway is like a private sitting room. Oh, and the usual stuff too, like replacing the old heater with a high energy heater, adding an RO system in the kitchen, replacing the water heater and even wrapping it. They have loved me very much and I could go on forever, but enough said, come check me out for yourselves!
