Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is not available, so consider using a service like to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. All guests must respect quiet hours ranging from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment must be used for vacation purposes only, no commercial use. If the electric bill exceeds the average monthly bill of $100, the guest will be billed for overage. You cannot receive mail at this address, please consider opening a PO Box. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. All dishes should be placed in the kitchen sink and all trash in the trashcans. Guests will be responsible for excessive cleaning charges at the owner's discretion.
