The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a small dining area, perfect for cooking. A TV, dining table, desk, and closet complete the space. Laundry facilities are available in the building.
Parking is available on the street and is free. However, alternate side parking is in effect most days, so be sure to read all signs to avoid tickets.
Sandwiched between two beautiful parks, the Upper West Side is one of the greenest spots in Manhattan. Known for its great elementary schools and safe streets, it offers a relaxed yet vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy low-key bars and restaurants along Amsterdam Avenue and the bustling commercial center of Broadway. The area is easily accessible by public transportation, with the B and C subway lines just a 1-minute walk away at the 86th Street station.
Smoking inside or outside of the apartment will result in a fine of $500. Pets are not allowed. Luggage storage is not available, so please use a service like Luggage Hero to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. All guests must respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. The apartment is not child-proof or child-protected.
