If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The building features a centralized HVAC system that operates based on municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 15 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. Smoking indoors is not allowed and may result in a $300 fine. Kindly avoid excessive noise, as the apartment is located in a residential area. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, contact us with 24 hours’ notice; this will generate an additional cost. The damage waiver fee covers accidental damage up to $300 per stay, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damage exceeding $300. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. A party on the property incurs a $300 fine. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. Please keep household items inside the apartment and turn off the air conditioning when leaving. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them.
