Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Early check-in and late check-out options may be available for an additional fee. The shared outdoor pool is open from 8am to 10pm. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction, with violators charged a $200 to $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with any violation incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. Exceptions to the rules and regulations must be approved in writing in advance. Local resident restrictions apply, and guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
