These newly constructed, studio apartments are located in the heart of downtown. Located just a few blocks from the Square. These apartments are named after the original occupants, Koenigsbruk & Boehmer, purveyors of buggies, wagons, and more. It has been restored into 16 studio apartments with 5000 ft.² of commercial space on the first floor. The studio apartments feature original hardwood floors, restored historic windows, and handcraft cedar wood countertops. Internet is included.

Furnished units are available for an additional charge while supplies last. Murphy beds (single or double) are also available for rent upon request and while supplies last.

Dedicated parking is available (for a charge) to the first eight tenants who apply and request it.
