The second parcel is mostly wooded with 948 feet of road frontage on Benson Road. Benson is a seasonal maintained road. Which means Mr. Snow plow does not remove the snow in winter. Unfortunately the house has
fallen on some sad times...it has been vandalized! Appliances and all...they even stole the tub but left the kitchen sink. This created a flood from all the water. The carpet has been removed but alas mold has taken a hold of the walls. There is debate as to weather or not the unit is salvageable...this would depend on the next owner. The slab is in great condition. The well and septic are still there but we cannot represent their condition. A new unit could easily be installed. The site is ready to go! Looking for the person who can see past some high grass to appreciate the beauty of this place.
