Rental Criteria – Occupancy-Based Rent
Base rent for this unit is $750/month when occupied by one (1) adult tenant.
Rent will be $775/month when occupied by two (2) adult tenants as joint tenants.
This adjustment reflects anticipated additional wear, maintenance, and utility usage associated with more than one adult occupant.
Rent amount will be established prior to lease signing and will remain fixed for the duration of the lease term.
Tenant must be able to pay first month rent, one month security deposit, and nonrefundable mailbox key fee of $35 upon lease signing.
