The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 2, and 1 golf cart. The DeBordieu Colony Community Association charges each vehicle a $20 fee to enter the community. Propane grilling is permitted on the deck only and cannot be on a unit wall. NO CHARCOAL.

The villa includes amenities such as wireless internet, a sundeck, TVs, VCRs, DVD, stereo, book library, outside shower, and garage. Enhanced cleaning, disinfection, and sanitization protocols are in place to ensure the wellbeing and safety of guests.
Beach gear rentals are available with a credit of $35 a day for guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights.
