House is 2/1 on title but a master suite was added, tandem off the second bedroom. Big family room, separate dining room, hardwood floors, coved ceilings. Really pretty street, freeway is about 700 feet away and elevated so noise in minimal. Sold as is but would be wonderful restored to its original beauty.
